Int'l FC
Last Saturday's return match ended in a hard-fought goalless draw. The squad showed great determination and effort throughout, and while there are areas we know we need to improve — we've already begun addressing them. Work started this morning and continues on the field as this update goes out.

International Interest
We are currently in active discussions with a licensed football agent based in Norway who has expressed strong interest in collaborating with JS Darinho Sports Academy. He has indicated he will visit us in September 2026.
— Academy Management, April 2026As part of the collaboration process, the agent has requested three match videos from us. We will be arranging fixtures over the coming weeks specifically to produce high-quality footage to share with him. This is a significant opportunity and one we are taking very seriously — the boys know what's at stake.
Q1 Activity & Financial Report
February – March 2026
February 2026
February saw the academy receive ₦460,000 in funds. Combined with the January 2026 closing balance of ₦331,706.24, total available funds reached ₦791,706.24. Expenditure for the month was ₦30,320, resulting in a closing balance of ₦761,386.24.
Key activities included medical care for Dare Odeyale following an injury sustained during a friendly match, and a competitive appearance by Abdulgafar Muyideen. Recruitment activities also commenced, with several players joining camp and more expected after the Ramadan period.
March 2026
March was the academy's most active month of the quarter. A two-week trial exercise was conducted with players from various locations, culminating in a 2–1 victory in a friendly match. The coaching staff undertook scouting trips to Igboho, Kishi, and Saki in Oyo State, identifying four promising players. Training continued in focused preparation for the Ijebu Premier League, scheduled for May 2026.
₦360,000 was received during March. Combined with the February balance, total available funds stood at ₦1,121,706.24.
